PrimePath Mobile Physical Therapy was founded with a clear purpose: to bring high-quality, personalized care directly to the people who need it most. I’m Dr. Daniel Rodriguez, DPT — President & CEO of PrimePath Mobile Physical Therapy — and my mission is to help individuals in our community move better, feel better, and live stronger, more independent lives.

I grew up in Hemet and now live in Murrieta with my family, who are at the center of everything I do. As a family-oriented person, I believe in treating every patient with the same level of compassion, patience, and dedication I would want my own loved ones to receive. That philosophy shapes every visit, every treatment session, and every goal we work toward together.

I graduated from Loma Linda University and have been practicing as a Physical Therapist for over four years, serving the Murrieta and Temecula communities through Home Health care. My passion for helping people — combined with a lifelong love for sports, movement, and exercise — made physical therapy the perfect career for me. Changing lives through better mobility, strength, and functional independence is truly my calling.

I started PrimePath to fill a gap in our community: the need for concierge-level mobile physical therapy that allows people to receive expert care without the limitations of traditional clinics. Many individuals struggle with travel, long wait times, and insurance restrictions. PrimePath was created to remove those barriers and bring personalized, one-on-one care directly into your home.
